Exclusive Scooter Club, a thriving E-Scooter repair business nestled in the heart of Bristol, emerged in 2021 as a testament to entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to electric mobility. Its founder, inspired by a stint at Halfords, transitioned from the corporate setting to embark on a self-employed journey, specializing in the repair of electric scooters and bicycles within the local community.

Commencing operations on a modest scale, Exclusive Scooter Club quickly gained traction by providing essential repair services. As demand skyrocketed, a strategic decision was made to enhance accessibility by hiring a dedicated driver with a van. This move allowed the business to reach a broader customer base across the city, eliminating the need for callouts and efficiently meeting the surging demand for electric scooter repairs.

Recognizing the need for a centralized workspace, Exclusive Scooter Club established its first workshop on a trading estate. The business continued to evolve, moving from the workshop to an outdoor storage unit. However, the demand for quality repair services necessitated yet another relocation to a spacious 730sqft unit within Vanguard Self Storage on Church Road, Redfield providing a more efficient and customer-friendly environment.

Now poised for further expansion, ExclusiveScooterClub has set its sights on establishing a physical retail presence. The intention is to procure a retail space to support the innovative apprenticeships we hope to offer to young people in the community. to facilitate this move, the business is actively seeking funding. The funds will primarily be allocated towards: securing the deposit for the retail space and acquiring the necessary resources to offer an extensive range of services to the community.
